Going through the full industrialization of lights and luminaries we have all contacts in the parts and manufacturing world for lighting. We can have your design sourced and made while your Ip is protected. We cater contracts, adaption of specifications, certification for global market and spreading of your intellectual property.

approach: You tell us what you want. We make a requirements sheet according to your demands and or we adapt a prototype. Based on the sheet or proto we suggest a development plan accompanied with a quote. NRE (non recurring engineering) is visualized in the quote. NRE can be development, tooling cost, testing cost, certification cost. We suggest a ramp up series with you. (10 proto's, 500 first series, follow up moq's on delivery schedule).

Purchasing import service for lighting

Since we purchased all lights in the web-shop ourselves and visited several fairs we can compare the market from a technical background. We compared sources over the world but mainly made in Asia, read China, Malaysia, Taiwan and now know where to find lighting on your demands. We have a representative in China organizing the local to local contact and shipment over our own brand, or your brand.

T8 retrofit tubes,

Safe single sided voltage entrance, more then double lifetime same or more light then T5 (105lm/Watt) slower loss of light, no new armatures needed. Not stuck to a technology that will be forbidden in coming 5 years due to use of non-recyclable waste materials. T5 uses reflectors so not all the light comes down to your workspace. So with a led-tube you get more light on the spot you want it to be. For the T8 led tube we did our own industrialization and not only used new plastics and shapes and components but develop a new power supply with a high efficiency and low temperature.

Yes T5 looks cheaper even with replacement of armature. But,.. not on long term! Because our LED based lights live longer therefore they are cheaper in the longer run. You do not have to change your infrastructure which installers are willing to do, creating their own recurring revenue. Replacement of T5 will minimum 15 minutes longer because they have to cool down. If you decide to remove the ballast, which saves you 5 watt per light you can hire an installer or just use your own employee to cut wires and twist them because it's that simple.

Streetlights

Our streetlight is a replacement light for the genuine streetlight. It looks nice but no design or other fancy options. Very good EMC and LVD capability as well as very well storm resistance combined with competitive pricing makes the luminair very attractive.

Lowbay

The low bay design is based modular light sources on powered by a very high efficiency power supply having an expected life longer then 5 years. We have two models, build-in and a build under the ceiling. There are two types available 80 and 120W. Total efficiency of the light is above 90 lumen/watt. The low bay generates a rectangular lighting surface, great for lighting rectangular rooms. We did not get why people use round bulbs to light square rooms. The lowbay replaces the big HQI lights. It switches on directly and comsumes less then 20% of the light with a better light distribution and more pleasant and equal to daylight spectrum. The weight of the Low bay is for easy installation.
